I offer senior living communities a turn-key solution to help their residents and staff build focus, resilience and improved overall well-being. Rooted in evidence-based research, we work on awareness, CNS regulation and practical steps toward the positive changes you seek for your community.

As a mindfulness teacher, I help seniors improve overall well-being while focusing on preventing cognitive decline.
Caring for the caregiver is critical to reducing stress, preventing burnout and having a better work/life balance.
This practice can transform a person's health in a way that requires no outside intervention (aka: no medications, no additional staff).

I have worked in the healthcare industry for the past 18 years. Most of my clients have been seniors. I am a Certified Professional Coach through The Health Coach Institute. My bachelor's degree is in English and Psychology from Lenoir-Rhyne University in North Carolina.
I was lucky enough to experience a 5-year fellowship under Dr. Ashley Lucas, applying cognitive and mindfulness techniques towards seniors with addictive eating habits. I've studied Mindfulness Facilitation and Meditation under Wendy Quan, Sean Fargo and Jon Kabat-Zin's world reknowned MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program.
I’m continuously engaged in professional training, study and development. Inner work makes my outer work possible!
