This 45-minute class combines gentle movement, music, and breathwork with guided meditation/visualization. Each week, a new mindfulness concept is introduced, designed to align with the needs and interests of residents. This class provides a restorative experience to enhance self-care, manage stress and cultivate emotional resilience.
